This policy is about the site: what data phantusglobal.com receives when you browse it or write through the form, what we use it for, and what we do not do with it.

What data we receive
Only what you enter in the contact form: the enquiry type, your name, your email address and your message. The language you were reading in is added, so we answer in that language. We ask for nothing else, and there is no other form on the site.
What we use it for
To read your enquiry and answer it, and nothing else. The data arrives as an email in our inbox: the site has no database and keeps no copy. We keep it while the enquiry is open and while a transaction could still be picked up again. If you want it deleted sooner, write to us and we will delete it.
Cookies
The site uses a single cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers the language you chose so you do not have to choose it again. It lasts a year and you can delete it from your browser. There are no third-party, advertising or measurement cookies. That is also why there is no banner asking you to accept them: there is nothing to accept.
What we do not do
We do not use Google Analytics or any other measurement tool. There are no Meta, LinkedIn or other network pixels. We do not profile visitors and we do not track anyone across sites. The fonts are served from our own domain, so opening the site does not tell Google you were here. We do not sell, rent or pass on data for commercial purposes.
Your IP address
So that a bot cannot flood the form, the server counts how many submissions arrived from the same IP address in the last ten minutes. That count lives in the process memory, is discarded on its own after those ten minutes and is never written to a file. Your IP does not travel in the email we receive and is not attached to your enquiry.
Who else sees your enquiry
The email carrying your enquiry is sent through a transactional email provider, which processes it to deliver it to our inbox. That is the only third party involved, and only for that. There is no other external service running on the site.
Your data is yours
You can ask us at any time to tell you what data of yours we hold, to correct it or to delete it. Writing to the address in the footer of this page is enough. You do not have to explain why.
Changes to this policy
We may update it. The date of the last update is at the top, and the published version is the one that applies.
